Emily Boxall
Royal College of Art
Design Associate
Emily Boxall is a multi-disciplinary designer, maker and researcher focused on the power of people and communication to design for a better future. With a focus on social equality, social innovation, experimentation and collaboration, her work aims to tackle some of the biggest issues our society and planet faces through a positive perspective to motivate actual change.
After working as a knitwear designer for 5 years, she quit the fashion industry to focus on using design as a tool to motivate positive societal and environmental shifts. Since graduating from MA Material Futures at Central Saint Martins in 2020, she has worked as a freelance designer and consultant working on a range of projects, from designing sustainable luxury materials for LVMH, to working with policy makers in the UK government as part of the design team at Policy Lab.
