Sureya Gulzar is the founder of The MindKind Projects, a human rights and criminal justice expert and all round community champion.
Sureya is constantly in ‘improvement’ mode. When she’s not encouraging self-kindness, writing CPD accredited training courses and running support groups for women, you’ll find her working with the Social Research Association and School of Social Entrepreneurs and campaigning for health equality.
