A graduate of UAL and the RCA, Mireille Fauchon is an Illustrator and Lecturer. Her practice is ultimately concerned with visual storytelling and the documenting of local history and social and cultural narratives.

 

Mireille has been published widely and in 2011 collaborated with Four Corners Books to produced a new fully illustrated edition of the Prisoner of Zenda by Anthony Hope as part of their Familiars Series which feature artists’ interpretations to classic works of literature.

 

Mireille has spoken at research events including The Falmouth Illustration Forum, VaroomLab and Illustration Research symposia.

 

Mireille is commissioning Illustration Editor of literary journal Ambit.
