Project Outline:

This project focuses on the Circular Economy, Food and Design, looking at innovative solutions for turning food byproducts into new materials, food products or creating services around it. During the two days we will do lots of creative brainstorming and hands-on making, and maybe even cooking and the outcomes will vary in shape, size and format, but could be visuals or prototypes of new products, foods and services.

The workshop is run in collaboration with Department 22, an innovation agency set up by RCA alumni, focusing on design, food and sustainability.
